Ready to keep moving this summer and train smarter, not harder — even in the heat? ☀️ Join us for our 8-week Beat the Heat 5K Training Program, designed for both runners and walkers looking to stay active, build endurance, and prepare for upcoming fall races or personal fitness goals.

Start Date: Saturday, July 12th
Meeting Thursday's at 6pm (Location Fleet Feet)
Meeting Saturday's at 7am (Location Fleet Feet)
End Date: Saturday, September 6th
Duration: 8 Weeks
Group Workouts: Weekly sessions with expert-led topics and community support
