Listen to Lead is a dynamic youth leadership Scouting America program (of the Suffolk County Council) with the purpose of connecting passionate, forward-thinking individuals under 30 with professionals from leading organizations to tackle today's most pressing challenges. Our program empowers young people to become the changemakers our world needs by giving them a platform to raise their voices and drive impact through events, fundraisers, and conferences focused on critical societal issues.
Through collaborative projects with seasoned experts, youth leaders develop innovative strategies to address environmental sustainability, mental health, diversity and inclusion, and the complexities of our digital era. At its core, Listen to Lead fosters a community where young leaders grow through mentorship, skill-building, and real-world experience—ultimately equipping them to lead with purpose and vision.
