Event Description
The Frisco Freedom Fest presented by Coserv kicks off on July 3 at Kaleidoscope Park with the annual cornhole tournament, Paws & Stripes, a drone show, and the Party in the USA 5K! Join us July 4 at Simpson Plaza in Frisco Square for free live music, car show, rides, roller skating, and fireworks.
Registration Information:
Party in the USA 5k - and drone show!
- $35 per person
- $5 discount per person when registering 4 or more participants in a single transaction.
Fire & Ice Challenge If you sign up and complete both the Party in the U.S.A. 5K on July 3 & the Frosty 5K on December 6, you will receive the Fire & Ice Challenge medal when you complete the race on December 6, 2025 at the Fire & Ice Challenge Medal table.

Policies
- Online Registration Only
- $5 late fee for day-of registration
- Registration is limited to the first 1,200 entries.
- No refunds will be given for this event including Race Day cancellation due to inclement weather.
- In the case of forced cancellation, all registrations will be converted to virtual participants.
Play Fund
$5 of each race registration benefits Play Frisco's Play Fund. We believe play is essential for people of all ages and abilities. The Play Fund provides need-based grants to City of Frisco residents for classes, camps, ticketed events, and rec center memberships. No kid or adult should have to sit on the sidelines because of financial constraints.
Swag:
- All participants receive sleeveless (tank) shirt. Sizes cannot be exchanged.

Awards:
- Top 3 Males/Females in each age division: 9U, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

- Patriotic-themed attire and spirit encouraged! Have some fun and go for Largest Team and Spirit of the Race!
Parking:
Parking is free in the Hall Park parking garages. Use Waze app to avoid road closures.

Location: Frisco Heritage Center Depot, 6499 Page St.
July 1, 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
July 2, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Canine Companions
Dogs are discouraged for this evening race, but may participate alongside their owners. However, according to the city's ordinance, all dogs must be on a leash and have up-to-date vaccinations. Runners racing with a canine companion will start the race at the rear of the pack of participants.
