Event Description
We're excited to support Women's Health and Fitness Day with a Virtual 5K! Shirts will be provided ahead of the "5K Week" for all who register, and your 5K can be completed at any point during that week. Send in a picture post-race with your shirt on and a snapshot of your route (if possible)! This is not a timed race - walking or running is welcome. We are supporting motion of any kind for our health!
