Event Description
Distance: 5K with 4 BodyWeight “Hero” exercise stations; 1 every ¾ mile
Format: Teams of 2 or 3 people (no solo competitors)
Bodyweight Exercises: Stations include push-ups, squats, lunges, burpees, planks, jumping jacks. Each team performs the exercise at each station before moving forward.
Level: All exercises will be scalable to accommodate various fitness levels. All levels welcome.
Timing: This is not a timed event.
