Event Description
Are you interested in running a 5K? Want a PR in a 5k or half marathon? Maybe you prefer run/walk intervals?
The Stronger Fitter Faster training program is 6 weeks of individualized workouts geared for you and your goals!
After you register for this training program, Coach Kelly will email you a link to your personalized workout schedule.
Group Speedwork and/or Hill workouts will be on Wednesday evenings, from 6-7:00PM.
There will also be a private Facebook page where other tips and meet ups will be shared. Additional strength workouts will be included via YouTube and/or Facebook.
Whether you've been running for years and want to improve, or you're new at this sport and want to finish your first 5k, this is a great opportunity! Come join me!
