Welcome to the Killeen Alumni Chapter Men's Health Challenge!

Remember:

This is your challenge. Your goal is to push yourself beyond yesterday’s limits—one step, one rep, one challenge at a time. This 30-day challenge will help you stay accountable, get stronger, and achieve your goals.

The Rules of Engagement 

1. Sign Up & Show Up - Register on RunSignUp before June 21, 2025.

2. Move Every Day - Every single day from June 21, 2025 – July 31, 2025, you must complete a minimum of:
    2,000 additional steps, or walk, or bike, or run, or 200-meter swim.

3️. Log Your Progress - Log your daily activity on RunSignUp to stay accountable.

4. Journal Your Journey - Each day, write a short journal entry on RunSignUp capturing:
Your challenges (What tested you today?)
Hunting the good stuff (What went well today?)
