The Frights & Freedom 5K is a costume-themed charity race hosted by Live Young Wellness Spa and Flower Mound Plastic Surgery, a proud Veteran-owned business. Taking place on October 18, 2025, this fun and festive event supports the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, which provides critical support to the families of America’s elite military forces. Whether you’re running, walking, or just showing off your best Halloween costume, everyone is welcome—no athletic experience needed. Join us for a morning of fun, community, and honoring our nation’s heroes.

Awards given:  Best Costume Award (1 winner), one overall winner for each gender (male and female) for the following categories: Under 18, 18-40, and 40+
