Event Description
The Flying Feet Summer Running Program is designed to support runners of all paces and experience levels. Whether training for a 5K, half marathon, marathon, or just running for fitness, this program will help you reach your goals. Each runner will have a training plan to follow based on their individual history and goals. There will be coached workouts offered in Littlestown at 6:30pm on Tuesday and in Westminster at 6:30pm on Wednesday. Coached workouts will also be offered every other Saturday.
Program highlights -
- The program begins the week of Monday, August 25th
- Choose either an 8-week program (ending 10/19), or 12-week program (ending 11/16)
- Design to prepare you for races distances ranging from 5K to the Marathon
- Utilizes proven training principles that improve performance, enjoyment, and consistency
- Coached workouts weekly
- Choose either 6:30pm Tuesday in Littlestown or 6:30pm Wednesday in Westminster
- Coached workouts every other Saturday morning at 7:30 in either Littlestown or Westminster
