📅 Sunday, August 31 | 8:45 AM – 11:30 AM+

Join us for a relaxed training meetup to prepare for the Alligator Lighthouse Swim. This is a self-directed session — no formal instruction — but a great opportunity to get in the water, practice with your kayak support/teammates, and build confidence ahead of race day.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

🏊🏽 Open water swim and kayak practice with your team
🔁 Practice your swim/kayak transitions and pacing
💬 Connect with other Alligator swimmers and teams

TIMELINE:

8:45 AM – Arrive 
9:00–11:30 AM – Training swim + paddle (you’re welcome to stay longer if desired)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This session is free, but RSVP is required.

Kayak rental is not included — please bring your own or rent one directly from Sail Honeymoon.

About Coach Coral:

Coach Coral Owen is the head coach and founder of Team BABE Athletics, Tampa Bay's premiere women's triathlon and endurance community. Coral has over 20 years of triathlon and swim coaching experience and is a multi-time finisher of the Alligator Lighthouse Swim and has coached numerous athletes for both solo and team finishes at the event.
