Event Description

Participants can walk, run, bike, skate, or stroll to complete the 5K in their own way — making the event inclusive for people of all abilities and fitness levels. This theme celebrates movement as empowerment for people living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).  This race aims to raise awareness, support local patients, and fund community education programs.
