🏔️ Climb With Us: The Summit Challenge
September 8–13, 2025
Presented by F3 Nation and My Impossible

 
🌍 THE CHALLENGE
During the week of September 8–13, F3 brother Jeff Harmon (F3 Hei Hei) will attempt to summit Mount Kilimanjaro in a wheelchair—supported by a 30-person team. Together, they’ll climb 13,200 feet from the gate to the roof of Africa.

While they climb, F3 Nation climbs too—alongside them in spirit, step for step.

We’re also opening the challenge to family, friends, and supporters who want to join the mission and experience the power of doing something hard together.

 
🧭 HOW IT WORKS
This is a virtual challenge. You can participate from anywhere in the world. Over 6 days, from September 8 to 13, you’ll aim to complete 13,200 feet of elevation gain—matching Jeff’s ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro.

You choose how:

Hill repeats
Stair climbs
Treadmill inclines
Hiking, rucking, running—anything that gains elevation under your own power
Register as an individual or as part of a team (your F3 AO, region, or family group). Log your elevation each day through RunSignup and compete on the national leaderboard.

 
👥 F3 FIRST — BUT NOT F3 ONLY
This challenge was created by and for F3 Nation—as a way to rally the PAX around one of our own and demonstrate what shared leadership, grit, and fellowship really mean.

But we’re also inviting Ms, 2.0s, friends, coworkers, church groups, schools, and adaptive athlete communities to join the climb. Because My Impossible is a story that belongs to all of us.

 
🤝 SUMMIT TOGETHER: Adaptive Athlete Inclusion
One of the most powerful ways to climb is to include someone who wouldn’t otherwise be there—a person with a visible or invisible disability.

You can:

Push or pull a teammate
Partner with a local adaptive athlete or organization
Adapt your team’s effort to include someone who has their own “impossible” to overcome
Teams that participate in this Summit Together track will earn bonus points and recognition on the leaderboard.

 
💰 WHY WE CLIMB
Proceeds from this challenge support the creation of the My Impossible documentary—capturing Jeff’s climb and telling the bigger story of what becomes possible when men carry one another.
