Event Description
Hey everyone! Please join F3 Nashville for our first-ever week-long virtual activity challenge! We're aiming to log 1,500 miles together as a group. It's all for a great cause—raising awareness about the serious issue of human trafficking right here in our community.
Throughout the week of October 5-11, all participants will track their own miles wherever you want to log them. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or doing your favorite activity, every mile counts towards our goal!
Not only are we spreading awareness, but we're also fundraising for Demand Disruption, a nonprofit in Houston, TX that has crafted a wide range of classes, workshops, programs, and initiatives to support community leaders, organizations, those struggling with unwanted sexual behavior, and their loved ones. The money raised will directly help fight sex trafficking by reducing demand. Let's make a difference together!
ABOUT NAHT - https://www.nahtcoalition.org/
At the Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition (NAHT), our mission is to rescue, restore, and resource women and children trapped in the bondage of human trafficking and addiction. We believe every person is made in the image of God and therefore carries inherent worth, value, and dignity.
We envision a movement of humble servants who recognize that the sexual exploitation and trafficking of human beings is a deep offense to a Holy God—and who, through their thoughts, words, and actions, are committed to sharing His redemptive story with all who are impacted by this injustice.
Through our comprehensive strategy—Rescue, Restore, Recognize, and Resource—we walk with survivors from crisis to healing, offering practical support and spiritual hope every step of the way.

ABOUT F3 NATION - https://f3nation.com/
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.
The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.
Our workouts …
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does.
The F3 Credo is: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.
