10:00 AM Yoga! (in the dojo at 871 Lexington Ave)
Join and support our black belt candidate Zakiyaa as she completes the first phase of her exam, a 5k run/walk through the scenic Woodland area. After the run, you’re welcome to join us for a (free) relaxing yoga session led by the amazing instructor, Clayton Pittenger!!
Awards: Top Overall Male and Top Over Female
Age Group Awards: First and second awards in Male and Female age groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over
