Event Description
Designed for anyone coming back from injury or extended time off. Taught by Dr. Erin Kennedy Dalisay, Doctor of Physical Therapy and running injury specialist. Learn the essential strength and mobility tests to ensure you're ready to increase mileage and/or speed safely. This'll be a practical lab-based class so you can walk away with a safe, goal--based training plan to reduce chances of injury and return stronger than before!

I’m a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist, running coach, and certified gait analyst with over a decade of experience helping runners stay strong and injury-free. My work specializes in bridging the gap between rehab and performance, with a focus on the unique needs of masters runners as they adapt to changes in strength, mobility, and recovery. I’ve guided hundreds of runners over 40 to return from injury, set personal bests, and keep running for life.
