Remember this event from last year? Yes it sold out quick and many missed out. This year we have made some changes to make it even better. The new date will let you enjoy the great trails with some cooler weather and when the hills are covered in Spring colors. We know you will L-O-V-E everything about this great event. Altra Running will also be on site to present some cool prizes.

Wind Wolves Preserve

Wind Wolves Preserve is located just a short drive from Bakersfield. At 93,000 acres it is the West Coast's largest nonprofit preserve. Due to its vast elevation range (640 to 6,005 feet) the preserve has an impressive array of landforms and habitats.

Common sightings include Tule Elk, the endangered San Joaquin kit fox, blunt-nosed leopard lizard, and it also contains one of the largest stands of the endangered Bakersfield cactus. We are sure you will enjoy the course with all of the beauty the preserve has to offer.
