Indoor 'distance based' Strength Endurance Racing

Run, push, pull, ski, row, hug, jump, lunge, & carry

 2 distances (long or short) and 4 weight levels (1-2-3-4)

Races held at 200 meter indoor track facility

  • Run 1 – 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

  • Sled Push – 50m

  • Run 2 – 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

  • Sled Pull – 50m

  • Run 3 – 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

  • Ski Erg – 1000m

  • Run 4 – 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

  • Row Erg – 1000m

  • Run 5 – 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

  • Sandbag Carry (Round Bag) – 200m

  • Run 6 – 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

  • Sandbag Lunges (Shoulder Bag) – 100m

  • Run 7 – 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

  • Burpee Broad Jumps – 100m

  • Run 8 – 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

  • Farmers Carry – 200m

  • Run 9 – 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

Level 3

  • Level 3 Short: 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, 11:45

  • Level 2 Short: 12:00, 12:15, 12:30 12:45

Afternoon block (2:00PM–4:45PM)
