Event Description
Building on our popular Distance Challenge tradition, we're excited to launch the 2025 Pro Bono Wellness Challenge! Compete individually and as DZ-direct teams to rack up miles through running, walking, biking, or swimming, plus earn mile equivalents through meditation, yoga, team sports, or gym workouts. The challenge runs October 20-24, with daily activity tracking through our challenge dashboard. All activities count equally toward team standings - whether you're hitting the trails or the yoga mat.
- Running/Walking/Hiking: 1 mile = 1 mile
- Biking: 4 miles = 1 mile equivalent
- Swimming: 1/4 mile = 1 mile equivalent
- Yoga/Meditation/Stretching: 15 minutes = 1 mile equivalent
- Gym Workout: 15 minutes = 1 mile equivalent
- Team Sports: 15 minutes = 1 mile equivalent
- Mental Health Break: 15 minutes = 1 mile equivalent
- Daily Water Goal: 8 glasses = 1 mile equivalent
