10:30 AM – Yoga + stretch with Buff and Flo  
11:00 AM – Group photo + Plogging Kick-Off (run/walk + pick up trash!)  
12:00 PM – Return with your haul + celebrate your impact!

Join Urban Run Series, Runners Roost, Buffalo Girls Who Walk, Britesmith Brewing, and local organizations dedicated to keeping Buffalo beautiful — like lululemon, Mush Overnight Oats, Tobacco Free Roswell Park Sierra Club, Surfrider Foundation, and Buffalo Waterkeeper — with more to come! We'll supply gloves, trash bags, and a limited number of grabbers for your plogging run or walk!
