R.I.P. The Loop: Community Run & Relay Challenge

In collaboration with Cloudline Physical Therapy

Join us for R.I.P. The Loop — a community run and relay challenge on Saturday, November 1st at Lloyd Hall. This fall event brings runners together for a fun, fast morning on MLK Drive, featuring both team and individual options.

Events

3–2–1 Relay Challenge

Runners in teams of three each run a leg: 3 miles, 2 miles, and 1 mile. The course runs along MLK Drive with exchanges at a single point on MLK and the turnaround past Lansdowne Avenue. The final runner brings it back to Lloyd Hall for the finish.

6-Mile Individual Challenge

Prefer to go solo? Take on the full 6-mile out-and-back course along MLK Drive from Lloyd Hall.

Looking for something more relaxed? Join the Community Run with PRTC — an untimed group run open to all paces and experience levels. Enjoy a low-pressure way to take part in the event, connect with local runners, and experience the PRTC community.

7:15-8:00 min/mile pace group

8:00-8:45 min/mile pace group

9:00-9:45 min/mile pace group
