Event Description

Is fitness part of your New Year's Resolution?  Join us to keep it going strong!  This run/walk for individuals, families, and school/church teams is on a beautiful park-like course on the campus of Windwood Presbyterian Church.  There is no concrete or pavement throughout the course.  Each registered runner will receive a finisher's medal as they cross the finish line. 

9:00am- 5K  Run/Walk- This 5k trail run is a level course suitable for all skill levels.

10:00am-1 Mile Adventure Course- games and challenges throughout this family friendly course.  Some will run, some will walk- all will have fun!

Cancellation and Weather
This is a rain or shine event.  If weather makes this event unsafe and a cancellation is required, the event will not be rescheduled and refunds will not be issued.
 

The Kardia Resolution Run is part of the year long "Run for the Fun of it Series" offering themed holiday runs throughout the year.
