Event Description
The Flying Feet Summer Running Program is designed to support runners of all paces and experience levels. Whether training for a 5K, half marathon, marathon, or just running for fitness, this program will help you reach your goals. Each runner will have a training plan to follow based on their individual history and goals. There will be coached workouts offered in Littlestown at 6:30pm on Tuesday and in Westminster at 6:30pm on Wednesday. Coached workouts will also be offered every other Saturday.
