Project Base Camp: Build the base. Unlock your potential. Build your strongest foundation. Establish a robust fitness base, with a slight build throughout to set the stage for peak performance. – Because every great finish starts with a strong foundation.

  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Focus: aerobic durability, strength, skills, & resilience
  • Goal: arrive prepared and primed to peak for that finish line

Project Finish Line: Where preparation becomes performance. Turn your base into breakthrough. Sharpen fitness, dial in race readiness, and deliver your best performance. – Because the peak is where PRs are made

  • Duration: 9 weeks
  • April 30th – May 31st
  • Focus: progressive build, specificity, intensity & peaking
  • Goal: arrived at the start line fit, fast, and ready for a PR
