Event Description
The Journaling for Wellness Virtual 5K combines movement and reflection to help participants reduce stress and improve mental clarity. Walk or run 5K anywhere during the event window, and complete a short journaling reflection afterward. Research shows that expressive writing can improve emotional well-being and help manage stressful events (American Psychological Association). This race encourages you to take steps toward calmness, clarity, and self-care.
