Run it…hike it…rock it! Sign up for just Haunted Hills, or the Holiday Trail Series! Note: See individual race pages for information on each event. At the Haunted Hills event at Whiting Ranch, challenge yourself to a 5K or 12K run or hike, and enjoy the beauty of oak woodland canyons and steep slopes of coastal sage scrub and chaparral. All finishers receive a medal, nice tech shirt, and other goodies! Both courses and technical with several steep climbs. If you are a beginner runner or beginner trail runner, take a close look at the maps and elevation to determine if this is the right place for you to start. It's intermediate level for a short trail course.
Race size cannot be guaranteed for registrations after 10/1/17.
Race may be rescheduled (per OC Parks) due to rain and / or muddy conditions. Notification of any changes will be sent out prior to the event.
PRIZES
- Top three overall male and femail winners in the 5K and 12K receive awards and prizes from Road Runner Sports.
- Age group awards three deep in these categories: male/female 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
