About Snowshoe Running - Snowshoe running is a beginner-friendly way to keep running through the winter. The snowshoes spread your weight so you don’t sink as much, making snowy trails doable while adding a fun strength and cardio boost. If you’re new, start with a relaxed jog/walk and focus on steady, short steps. For intermediate/advanced runners, it’s a great chance to build power and balance—expect effort levels to feel higher than normal running, so pace by breathing and enjoy the winter challenge.
