Dive into the thrill of the Starlight Run, where you'll sprint through 3 exhilarating miles on the same route as the iconic CareOregon Grand Floral and Starlight Parades! The Starlight Run, is the wacky warm-up act, and is starting and finishing on Naito Parkway at Portland Rose Festival CityFair. Bring the entire family!
