Event Description

The May Day 5k will start and end at the Cheshire Children's Museum. The route will follow the Cheshire Rail Trail and turn around at the Bradford Road trail entrance.
 

The Cheshire Children's Museum will be hosting the 1st annual 5K May Day Run/Walk on Sunday May 3rd, 2026. This family 5K road race also includes free activities, food, community sponsor booths and more. The runners will start at 10:00 am and the walk will start at 10:30 am. The race will begin and end at the museum with a turn-around just before Bradford Road. 

The museum is open to the public, no reservations required. 

Funds raised will help expand programming, enhance exhibits, and provided access to the museum for all families in the region.
