Join us with Flowerbean for a Feel Good 5K Walk/Run on Saturday, May 3rd at 7:00 AM, in the city of Birmingham! 

We've partnered with Lululemon and the Birmingham Farmer's Market to jump start May with a 5K. The Feel Good 5k has been created to support mental health awareness and celebrate community connection. Whether you jog, run, or take your time this event is about moving your body with intention and care.
