The Feel Good 5K is a community centered run + walk designed for all levels. Come with your friends. Bring your littles. Meet someone new. Move through Birmingham with good company.

This morning is about connection as much as it is movement. Fresh air, good people, and the kind of feel good energy we live for. A community wellness run that leads right into the Farmer's Market.
