Our First Annual Mental Health Awareness Race

Mind Over Miles 5K is a community movement.

In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, this event exists to raise awareness about mental health, inspire community connection, and promote healthy coping outlets — like movement!

This race is open to all ages and fitness levels because every individual has a story and every mile carries meaning.

Together, we move for hope.
Together, we move for healing.
Together, we move for mental health.
