The Cape May City Run Through History 5K takes you on a scenic journey through 175+ years of rich history, charming streets, and breathtaking views. From Victorian architecture to iconic landmarks, this course blends fitness, community, and heritage into one unforgettable experience.

Runners and walkers of all levels will enjoy a flat, fast course that winds through Cape May’s historic district, past beautifully preserved homes, and along routes that tell the story of America’s First Seashore Resort and Only National Historic Landmark City. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or soaking in the scenery, this race offers something for everyone.
