We encourage you to come to the Race Directors Meeting to celebrate the strength of our sport and those who make it possible. Take advantage of this opportunity to upgrade and improve your event. Learn, talk, socialize, debate and exchange ideas with other race officials. Network with event directors, sponsors, national running media, sports organizations, official and industry suppliers.

Join the many race committees that reward committee members with a trip to this meeting. It’s a great way to give key volunteers or staff a special treat while educating and rejuvenating them. In addition, the meeting offers you the opportunity to visit our many exhibitors and to network in a casual atmosphere.

Individual attendee registration includes access to the full meeting program, the keynote dinner, two receptions, and two breakfasts.

Exhibitor registration includes access to the full meeting program for 1 individual, along with the keynote dinner, two receptions, and two breakfasts for that individual. Each booth may have up to three individuals staffing it. Additional program attendees and keynote dinner tickets may be purchased during the registration process.
