Event Description
This 6-week program will help kids of all ages build their running endurance and know when to play it safe and when to turn on the gas! Most sports Arlington kids play require running - either anaerobic bursts or more continuous aerobic efforts - so we will work on building their base while having fun.
Default meeting place of Oak Grove Park (link below). We may make use of the immediate neighborhood sidewalks and/or nearby Washington Liberty HS track. Coach Kate will let parents know the day before if there is a change in meeting point.
