Event Description

Join us for a 5K / 1 Mile Run & Walk to support your local EMS squad! Help us kick off EMS Week by running, walking, or casually surviving the course at your own pace.

This is a chip-timed event on an accurate course, featuring HD finish line video, with results texted to you within seconds of crossing the finish line.

Awards will be given to top overall finishers and age group categories.

Event shirts will be available for purchase on race day.

Stick around after for a Touch-A-Truck, great vendors, and plenty of family-friendly fun.
