Join us for the Smile Forward Virtual 5K, a meaningful race dedicated to raising awareness for Moebius syndrome—a rare neurological condition that primarily affects facial movement and expression.

Because this is a virtual event, you can participate anytime, anywhere. Whether you choose to run, walk, jog, or even cheer from the sidelines, every step you take helps shine a light on individuals and families impacted by Moebius syndrome.

Participants are encouraged to complete their miles at their own pace, on their own schedule—outside, on a treadmill, or wherever you feel most comfortable. Share your journey, post your progress, and help spread awareness by inviting others to join the cause.
