Experience the perfect intersection of rugged North Texas gravel and refined outdoor dining. Staging from the delightfully quirky Sweet Mother of Pies in Hood, Texas, this isn't just a bike ride—it’s the kind of day you’ll be talking about for years.
The Ride
We’ve curated a "greatest hits" mash-up of the most iconic sections from the infamous Spinistry archives. You’ll traverse the historic North Texas plains and the winding canopy of the Cross Timbers Forest, featuring routes designed to challenge and inspire.
100K (63 Miles) | Long Route: For those looking to go deep. (Staggered start based on a 14mph average).
38 Mile | Short Route: The perfect balance of effort and scenery. (Staggered start based on a 12mph average).
23 Mile | Gravel 101: Designed specifically for first-time gravel riders. Includes a pre-ride "Roundtable" clinic to get you comfortable on the unpaved path.
Note: Starts are staggered so all distances return to staging together, maximizing the post-ride social experience.
The Menu
After building an appetite on the trail, settle into the eclectic, open-air charm of Sweet Mother of Pies for a world-class recovery meal.
The Main Event: A fabulous, multi-course meal prepared by Chef Brad of F.A.M. (Food. Adventure. Memories.), known for creating unique, immersive dining experiences.
The Grand Finale: Astounding handmade dessert pies from Betty Jo at Sweet Mother of Pies.
Refreshments: A memorable meal, dessert, and soft drinks are provided. This is a BYOB friendly event—feel free to bring your favorite pairings!

Important Details
Take & Bake: Sweet Mother of Pies will have their famous take-and-bake pies available for purchase. We highly recommend ordering your favorite flavor ahead of time; registered participants will receive pre-order instructions closer to event day.
Weather Policy: Rain or shine, the meal and social hour are a go! If the ride portion is cancelled due to inclement weather, any fees paid above the $50 "Meal Only" price will be issued as a credit toward a future Spinistry event or club membership.
