Event Description

Join us on November 1st for NAMI Rockland’s 5K annual Run / Walk for Wellness to raise money for local programs and services that promote mental health awareness and end the stigma.

Runners and Walkers will participate in the 5K starting at 10 AM. This race will be held rain or shine. There is a $30 registration fee for both runners and walkers. Race Day registration is $35. 

Sponsorship packages are available for corporations, large groups or individuals. Donors are also encouraged to underwrite the attendance of those in need.
