Stay Alive, Stay Mvskoke: 5K & Fun Run
Join MCN Health for the Stay Alive, Stay Mvskoke 5K & Fun Run, a community event focused on promoting mental health awareness, connection, and support. This event is part of our ongoing efforts through the 988 Lifeline initiative to remind our community that help is always available and no one has to face challenges alone.

Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual walker, or bringing your family for the fun run, this event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Together, we take steps toward stronger, healthier communities—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Participants can enjoy a supportive and uplifting environment, with opportunities to connect, learn more about mental health resources, and engage with MCN Health programs.
