Come join us for Murph 2026. The regular murph is:
1 mile run
100 pullups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
Don’t let those numbers intimidate you there is something for everyone! Not a runner, great we have other options. Can’t do a pull up? No sweat we have options for that also! Best part is snacks and drinks (mimosas anyone) when we are done!
