Event Description
The Murph Challenge is an annual CrossFit workout performed on Memorial Day to honor Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who died in Afghanistan in 2005.
The challenge is below. You must complete a full, 1 mile run before the exercises and after. The other exercises can be broken up in as many sets as needed.
For time:
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull ups
- 200 push ups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run
