Event Description

Join us for a one-of-a-kind Wellness Triathlon that nurtures both body and soul. Beginning and ending at the Church of the Nativity, this uplifting community event invites participants of all ages and abilities to move, breathe, and connect through a refreshing blend of a 5K fun run/walk, rejuvenating yoga, and guided meditation.

Whether you’re crossing the finish line, flowing through your practice, or simply taking a moment to be still, this experience is designed to leave you feeling inspired, grounded, and connected to something bigger.

Your registration includes everything you need to fully enjoy the day—an event t-shirt, race bib, pre- and post-event snacks, and access to every component of the triathlon experience. Bring your own yoga mat/towel.

Even more meaningful—every step, stretch, and breath supports the Fitzgerald Community School, a nature-based learning environment where curiosity leads the way. This incredible school empowers students to explore the world around them, embrace their individuality, and learn through hands-on, outdoor experiences.

Proceeds from the event will directly support vital community projects, enhance outdoor classrooms and playground spaces, and expand enriching educational opportunities for the students they serve.
