We will be hosting Murph prep classes each Monday from 5:00pm-6:00pm in sports performance. The Murph Challenge is a Memorial Day workout event that honors Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a fallen Navy SEAL, and involves a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run, all while wearing a 20-pound weight vest. Each week we will do workouts centered around prepping for this challenge.
