Event Description

Join us for the Walking in Love 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run at the scenic Historic Eureka Trail in Athens, Tennessee! Whether you’re running for a personal best, walking with friends, or cheering on young participants, this event is designed for all ages and fitness levels.

All proceeds directly benefit Kairos Outside of East Tennessee, helping provide Christ‑centered support and encouragement to women impacted by incarceration. Come walk or run with purpose and make a difference in our community.

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will take place on race day starting at 7:30 AM at the Historic Eureka Trail.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top three male finishers and the top three female finishers.

The Course

The course will follow an out‑and‑back route, beginning and ending at the head of the Historic Eureka Trail.

Race Time

Both the 5k and the Fun Run/Walk will start at 8:30 am.
