Join us for Swift Running’s Mother’s Day 5K & 10K on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at MLK Recreation Park in Silver Spring, Maryland. Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend with a fun, energizing morning of running, walking, and community. Whether you are coming with your mom, daughter, family, friends, or running group, this event is designed to bring people together for a memorable and active start to the day.

Participants of all paces are welcome, from experienced runners to casual walkers. Every participant will receive a race T-shirt and finisher medal. Come enjoy a meaningful community event with supporters from across Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
