It's our birthday, and we'll puke if we want to. The Murphiversary Celebration at Honor Bound FIT is more than a workout. It is a deliberate act of remembrance and a test of character. Each year, we come together to honor the legacy of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who gave their lives in service to this country. The Murph workout stands as a benchmark of grit and discipline, but on this day it carries added weight. Every rep is done with purpose. Every mile is a reminder that freedom is not free.

This event brings together our community of members, veterans, first responders, and local supporters to train side by side in a shared mission. Whether you are tackling the workout as prescribed, scaling to your ability, or simply showing up to support, you are part of something bigger.
