KC Endurance Summer Running Camp
Hosted at Fleet Feet Overland Park
Take your running to the next level this summer with a focused, high-energy training camp designed for high school athletes of all experience levels.
This small-group camp (limited to 30 athletes) provides individualized coaching, hands-on instruction, and a supportive environment to help runners improve their performance, build confidence, and have fun.
Throughout the week, athletes will learn:
- Running Physiology and what to focus on for the biggest fitness gains from a Professional Running Coach - Jeremy Hammer, KC Endurance
- Strength Training from a Physical Therapist - Nathan Carlson, RunningMate KC
- Nutrition from a Registered Dietitian - Cameron Mottet, Thrive Nutrition
- The Psychology of Competing from a Certified Mental Performance Consultant - Nicole Harnisch, Harnisch Performance and Life Consulting
Each day will include a mix of workouts, skill development, and interactive discussions led by experienced coaches.
In partnership with Fleet Feet, athletes will also receive education on proper shoe selection and running gear to support their training.
Whether you're preparing for cross country season or just getting started, this camp is designed to help you train smarter and run stronger.
