Event Description

From June 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026 run VIRTUALLY from Holland, Michigan, along US-31, to Charlevoix, Michigan!

That's 236 miles! It's essentially the equivalent of going 4 miles on Monday and Thursday and 10 miles on Saturday. We'll "stop" along the way at beautiful lakeside towns as we make our way along the west coast (best coast).

• You can run or walk, but they must be "intentional" miles. E.g., you can't just take your steps from the day and convert them to miles. Lace up those shoes and hit the pavement or treadmill!
• You don't need a device (smartwatch or app) to track your miles. You will be recording your miles using the honor system.
• You may go farther than 236 miles in those 3 months. It's 253 miles to Petoskey and 289 miles to Mackinaw City! But do your best to hit that 236.

How to log your miles:

• Sign into your account on RunSignUp and go to the Run 31 Challenge page.
• Click on the RESULTS tab
• Find your name on the list and click on it
• Click on Log Activities
• Now put in your miles. the date, any comments you want to make, and click on Submit Activity.
