Training program designed to train runners to compete and rise up in their respective age group placing.
Goal Races include Park To Park 5 Mile, Dog Days 5K
8 weeks of structured, performance-based training:
• Threshold development
• VO₂ max sessions
• Race-pace workouts
• Long-run progression
• Taper & race execution guidance
Designed for intermediate runners targeting a PR. 80% of our early season "HIIT" participants placed in the top three in their respective age groups at the May Lake Run!
