Join me for Ashley’s 29th Birthday 5K at Woodmere Park in Montgomery, AL on May 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM! 💜

This is a fun, self-paced community run/walk created to celebrate movement, wellness, good vibes, and another trip around the sun. Whether you want to run, jog, walk, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, all paces are welcome!

• Self-paced 5K (not professionally timed)
• Finish clock available so participants can view their own finish time
• Beginner friendly
• Wear shades of purple 💜
• Picnic to follow the run
• Bring a snack, blanket, or good vibes to share!

🕘 EVENT SCHEDULE 🕘
• 8:15 AM – 8:40 AM → Group stretching & warm-up
• 8:50 AM → Group photo
• 9:00 AM → Race starts promptly

This is NOT a competitive race — it’s a community wellness experience focused on fun, connection, and celebrating life together.
