Event Description
XC Summer Training Program for high school age distance runners. Train together to get better. 3 practices per week: probably Tuesday’s at Oakland Mills High 6:00-7:15pm, Thursday’s at Centennial High 6:00-7:15pm, Saturday’s at Howard High 9-10:30am. Bringing a water bottle to practice and wearing running shoes is required. Must be able to run 3 miles without walking to join. June 9 to August 1.
